A GENTLE EIGHT-PART GUIDE FOR LIBRA

ZODIAC SOUL
LIGHT: LIBRA

For the one who weighs everything, except their own worth.

You are the one everyone leans on, and you are very good at it. This guide is for the part of you that never quite makes it onto the scales.

Eight short parts, with journal prompts and three-minute body practices, to help you notice the habits that keep you weighing, waiting and giving, and gently put yourself back in the picture.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

You know that voice.

The one that runs quietly in the background on an ordinary, normal day, every day, every moment, just waiting to be triggered, while you get on with looking after everyone else.

Everyone around you sees how easy you make it look. Almost nobody sees the constant weighing up and the mental toll behind it, or asks about the relationship you have with yourself.

THE QUIET COST

Being the easy one is not free.

None of this means you are doing life wrong. It grew from wanting to be accepted. Balance starts when you believe you are worth hearing.

The scales were always meant to hold you too.

The care, the fairness and the wish for things to feel right are not the problem. This guide does not ask you to stop being who you are. It asks you to put yourself back on the scales.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

Seeing it is not the same as changing it.

You may already know your habits. You can name the weighing, the waiting, the peace you keep paying for. And still they run. Knowing does not stop them. What helps is small, steady practice, and that is what this guide gives you.

WHAT STARTS TO CHANGE

A little more confident in your voice. A little more sure of your decisions.
Still entirely you.

A SENTENCE YOU WILL PRACTISE SAYING

"My answer counts too. I'm allowed to give it, and I'm
allowed to have it."

IMAGINE THIS

Saying what you want, and feeling quietly calm and confident.

Someone asks where you would like to eat. You do not say "I don't mind." You say what you would actually like. It is a choice you are comfortable with, and you feel good about it.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Eight parts. One honest look at how you treat yourself.

Each part opens with an ordinary moment you will recognise, and closes on the strength hiding inside it.

A TASTE OF PART ONE

Read the first page.

Part One carries on from here, with what it looks like for a Libra, the quiet cost, and the strength inside it.

Your Balance Point

Twelve everyday questions that show which way your scales tip, and your own way back to balance. Useful long after you have finished the eight parts.

Each result gives you your early warning signs, in your body, your mind and your mood, and five small ways back.

Balance isn't something you find once. It is something you return to.

Is this guide for you?

FROM MICHELLE

I have done this work myself.

Before, I felt I was not important enough. I felt I did not matter, and my voice was silent.

Now I know my own worth, and what I deserve to have in my life. It changed the way I see myself, and every part of this guide comes from that work.

I made it for any Libra who has ever felt the way I did.

Soul Pattern Coach and Beyond This Life Medium, with nearly thirty years doing this work

I am the founder of SoulShift Co and the creator of Zodiac Soul Light. For nearly thirty years, I have worked with people from all walks of life, helping them see what holds them back, and the best of who they already are, which is uniquely theirs.

My partner and I are both Libras, so I know these tendencies from both sides of the scales. I live in rural Canterbury, New Zealand, surrounded by trees and open farmland, with the Southern Alps not far away. Our dog, Zeus, and cat, Gizi, are usually close by.

The scales were always meant to hold you too.

The care, the fairness and the wish for things to feel right are not the problem. This guide does not ask you to stop being who you are. It asks you to put yourself back on the scales.
