Our principles

We keep a few simple commitments:

• We do not collect more personal information than we need.

• We do not use your information for anything other than what we collected it for.

• We do not keep your information once it is no longer needed.

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.​

What we collect

You can browse our website without giving us any personal details. Once you make a purchase, book a session, or sign up to hear from us, we may collect:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your phone number, if you give it to us

• Your billing details (payments are handled securely by Stripe; we do not store your card information)

• Any messages or correspondence you send us

We may also collect technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, time zone and operating system. This gives us a general picture of how people use the site. It is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Process your orders and take payment for our products and services

• Deliver the digital products or bookings you have paid for

• Send you the emails you have asked to receive, including guides, updates and offers

• Reply to your questions and provide the information you request

• Keep the website running properly and securely

• Meet our legal obligations, such as keeping tax records

We will only send you marketing emails where you have asked to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Please note we cannot process an order or booking without your name and contact details.

The tools we use

To run SoulShift Co, we use trusted third party services. Each holds only the information needed to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy:

• Wix hosts our website and manages our bookings.

• Stripe processes our payments.

• MailerLite manages our email list and sends our emails.

We share only what is necessary for these services to work, and they are required to keep your information secure and not use it for their own marketing.

Social media

We use social media platforms such as Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram to share our work. These platforms are separate from us and have their own privacy policies, which we recommend you read. Any information you share with us through them is held by them under their own terms.

Who has access to your information

We will not sell, rent or give your information to third parties for marketing purposes. The only people who handle your information are the service providers listed above, working on our behalf. We will not release your information to anyone else unless the law requires it, for example a court order or to help prevent fraud.

How we keep it safe

We take steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure, using appropriate technical and practical measures. Information is held in password protected systems.

That said, no information sent over the internet can ever be completely secure. While we do our best to protect your details, you send them to us at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we make every effort to keep it safe.

How long we keep it

We hold your information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or for as long as the law requires us to (for example, tax records). Where there is no legal requirement, we keep it for no longer than is reasonably necessary, and generally no more than three years.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected if it is wrong. Just email us and we will help. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

If at any point you want us to delete the information we hold about you, email us from the address we have on file and we will remove everything we are legally able to.

Cookies

Like most websites, ours uses cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your device that help the site recognise you on your next visit. They gather general statistics about how the site is used and do not identify you personally. They help us improve the site and offer a better experience.

Links to other websites

Our website may link to other sites run by other organisations. This privacy policy applies only to our website, so we encourage you to read the privacy statements of any other sites you visit. We cannot be responsible for how other sites handle your information.

Children
